Shipping Options
Shipping costs for orders from the Herb Performance depend upon the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Most orders are shipped using USPS which usually take 3 - 5 business days to arrive or in many cases only 2 days.
If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our office or send us an email with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.
Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)
Return Policy
Our goal at Herb Performance customer satisfaction. We go to great lengths to make sure that everything that you purchase meets your expectations. In the unlikely event that it does not, please return the unused or barely used product for store credit only no later than 21 days from date of purchase. Credits are not accepted on items returned more than 21 days from the date of purchase.
